Mexico Fair Trade Organic is a smooth, balanced coffee with notes of roasted peanuts, honey, caramel, and peach. We import this from Copan Trade who works with Exportadora De Cafe California to create a blend of coffees from over 8,000 small producers in the Chiapas region. It's a fantastic balanced coffee that brews well from drip to espresso.
