Sumatra Mandheling - Dark Roast

Sumatra Mandheling - Dark Roast is a traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulled) Sumatra coffee! This coffee is roasted towards the beginning of dark to bring out a rich, full-bodied cup with notes of dark chocolate, pipe tobacco, cedar, brown spice, and a hint of green pepper on the end. Sumatra Mandheling is fantastic in for full-bodied espresso, a key component in a traditional latte, French Press, drip machines, and even an Aeropress.
